Welcome to my recipe page!

It's a fact . . . I love great food. To have great food, since I no longer live with my mother who is, no doubt, one of the world's best chefs, I must sometimes cook. Turns out cooking is fun . . . especially if you can bribe someone into cleaning up after you.

So, when I'm not writing or playing my favorite sport, I am often cooking. Here are some of favorites. Check back often as I will add new recipes periodically . . . maybe even share some of my mother's originals!

Chicken and Artichoke Opulence

Wow. It has been forever since I’ve posted a recipe. So, here is a great and easy dish that I made just the other night. It takes no time at all. Looks and tastes like you spent forever. Check out my recipe »

Kelly’s Taco Soup

I’ve seen a lot of recipes for Mexican type soups. This one is a little time consuming to prepare but by far the best in flavor. And, in case you’re wondering, Kelly is one of my many cousins. She’s a mom, a model, and an all-around fabulous gal. Check out my recipe »

Kit’s Squash and Sausage on Penne

I’m a huge fan of the grill and I regularly throw cut squash into some aluminum foil and heat it until tender while the meal cooks. But one day, it was raining and I just didn’t feel like running in and out of the house to cook. So I started making what I thought was going to be a marinara sauce for some spaghetti. I started sautéing the garlic and onion, but those squash just kept calling out to me and I listened. Below you can see just what I did with them. Check out my recipe »
